Our week will focus on self-care and include: relaxation, stretching, pampering, visualization, journaling, support-group, self-esteem building, Girl’s Night!, empowerment, and personal growth. Adventures include: a Labyrinth walk, snorkeling with Turtles, a traditional Hawaiian Luau, an Adventure to Hana, Swimming in the 7 Sacred Pools, Maui Ocean Center, Rejuvenating at the Lavender Garden, a Sunset Dinner Cruise, Whale watching, and culminates in a Zipline Adventure (as seen on “Oprah”) in which we will LET GO OF OUR TRAUMA and RECLAIM OUR POWER!
